กองยุทธศาสตร์ต่างประเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี รับสมัครนักศึกษาที่สนใจเข้าร่วมโครงการ UMAP Summer Program 2017 ina JAPAN ระหว่างวันที่ 14 – 27 สิงหาคม 2560 ณ Toyo University, Tokyo และ Niigata University, Niigata
Theme of the UMAP Summer Program 2017:
Doors to Japan – History and Presence of Japanese Culture, Society and the Environment –
Objectives:
- To contribute participating students to be global human resorces who have broader perspectives through short-term exchange program.
- To make a contribution to invite more exchange students through promoting more student mobility in Asia and the Pacific regions.
- To implement a distinctive global human resource development program according to the needs of overseas by providing participating students with an opportunity to learn about Japanese culture, society and environment through the medium of English. The program includes themes such as Japanese language, life style, industrial development, natural disasters, civil society, international development cooperation and environmental protection against industrialization, etc.
Contents:
This program will give participating students opportunities where they can learn about:
- Roots of Japanese culture
- Conncepts of value who Japanese people have
- Disaster prevention
- Company management
- Civic movement
- Development cooperation
- Environmental Policies
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A student of a UMAP Full Member university / college
- Age, between 18 – 23 years old, as of 1 April, 2017 (preferable)
- Must prosess a good command of the English language
- Friendly personality and willingness to participate and contribute to the UMAP Summer Program 2017
- Leadership and enthusiasm for learning new things
- Special talents and skills will be an advantage
- Physically fit to travel
- Students must obtain visas as required entering Japan.
Program Fees:
40,000 JPY
Included: Tuition fee, Accommodation, Activity fees, Welcome/Farewell ceremonies.
Participants need to pay:
- Round trip airfare to Tokyo and ground transportation between airport and I-House/Tokyo station
- Meals except for welcome/farewell party
- Oversea travel insurance
- Souvenir
- Oversea remittance fee for program fee
