Mr. G. Balasubramanian delivered the message of thanks on behalf of His Excellency Mr. Shri Harsh Vardhan Shringla which is in India that time. He announced the scholarship and fellowship grants to the winners of ESTA 2015 and extended his thanks to RMUTT for another successful event.
