The International Strategy Division acts as the central unit driving internationalization, with the following missions:

1. Coordinate international collaboration between foreign organizations/universities, the Office of the President, and internal faculties.
2. Provide policy advice and recommendations to university executives and faculties in building partnerships with overseas institutions.
3. Manage student exchange services, including:
   • Supporting outgoing RMUTT students participating in exchange programs at partner institutions abroad.
   • Assisting incoming international students participating in exchange programs at RMUTT.

กองยุทธศาสตร์ต่างประเทศ เป็นหน่วยงานกลางที่จะดำเนินการส่งเสริมความเป็นนานาชาติ ซึ่งมีพันธกิจ ดังนี้

1. เป็นหน่วยงานกลางในการประสานงานกับองค์กรและมหาวิทยาลัยต่างประเทศ และประสานงานกับสำนักงานอธิการบดี และคณะในภายมหาวิทยาลัย
2. ให้ข้อมูลและคำแนะนำเชิงนโยบายสำหรับผู้บริหาร และคณะในการสร้างความร่วมมือกับองค์กรและมหาวิทยาลัยในต่างประเทศ
3. จัดการเกี่ยวกับบริการนักศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยน (Student Exchange Service) ทั้งนักศึกษาของ มทร.ธัญบุรีออกไปแลกเปลี่ยนกับองค์กรและมหาวิทยาลัยต่างประเทศ (Out-going Students) และนักศึกษาจากต่างประเทศเดินทางมาแลกเปลี่ยน ณ มทร.ธัญบุรี (In-coming Students)
